This may not surprise you, but plants in the home or work environment not only purify the air but can act to de-stress and calm you down. Without plants, none of us would be alive, so we should support and care for them. It is agreed across the world that plants are good for you and your space, and can add something that you didn't even know you were missing before. 

They give you purpose: Caring for something is good for your health! It gives you a reason to live, a purpose in your life. Watching the things you care for flourish is one of the most satisfying feelings in the world. 

They're good for the air: Ever heard of photosynthesis? Plants take in the carbon dioxide that we breathe out, combine it with water, use a little sunshine, and voila! They produce oxygen (which we need to like.. survive) and sugar (which they need to survive), all while removing harmful toxins that are all around us. So feel free to breathe deep. It helps not only yourself but your little green friends too. 

They are pretty: Not only do plants help with your health, but they are beautiful and natural decorations for your home or work. I don't know about you, but whenever I walk into a restaurant or someone's home with beautiful foliage, it takes my breath away! Plants make a long lasting positive impression on anyone who is around them.


They are fun: Watching plants thrive and grow is extremely fun. Getting excited when you wake up in the morning and see a new leaf unfurling is like magic, its entertaining and addicting. Success feels good, both for you and for your plants.
